Please read these Terms of Service carefully before placing an order with 88 and Ivory. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following terms.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made at 88 and Ivory are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except as outlined below. We encourage all clients to carefully review their order details, measurements, and selections before confirming their purchase.
2. Evening Gowns and Made-to-Order Gowns
All bridal and evening gowns (except gowns featured on our "Off-the-Rack Bridal" page or unless stated otherwise)are made to order specifically for each client. Because each gown is crafted to your specifications, we are unable to accept cancellations once production has begun. Please ensure all details including style, colour, and sizing are confirmed at the time of order.
3. Sizing & Alterations
Gowns are produced based on standard sizing guidelines. We strongly recommend consulting our size guide and, where possible, being professionally measured before placing your order. 88 and Ivory is not responsible for fit issues resulting from inaccurate measurements provided by the client. Alterations are the responsibility of the client and are not included in the purchase price.
Size exchanges are not available for made-to-order gowns. We recommend ordering the size closest to your largest measurement and having the gown tailored to fit.
4. Deposit & Payment Terms
Payment in full is required at the time of ordering to confirm your gown and initiate production. Failure to complete payment may result in a delay or cancellation of your order.
5. Production & Lead Times
Please allow approximately 4-6 months for production of made-to-order gowns. 88 and Ivory will make every effort to meet this timeline; however, production times may vary due to factors outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other third parties. You are welcome to contact us at any time to inquire about production process or shipping updates.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery with photos and your order details. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
7. Pricing
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Prices are subject to change without notice. International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees.
